Accessibility statement

We want this e-invoicing portal to be usable by everyone, regardless of ability. This statement applies to the website invoice.docuflair.com. The benchmarks are the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformance level AA, and the EN 301 549 standard.

Compliance status

This website is largely compliant with the requirements listed above. Accessibility was assessed in August 2026 through a comprehensive internal review (code audit of all pages, styles and scripts); all issues found were fixed. A screen-reader acceptance test is still pending.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not yet fully accessible for the following reasons:

• In the country picker, the number of search results is not yet announced while filtering.
• Validation messages without a translation yet appear in German; they are marked accordingly.
• Automatically generated invoices are tagged as PDF/UA. Invoices created from a Word template or from a visual PDF you upload yourself are not.

Measures

Accessibility is part of our development guidelines: automated checks enforce the markup rules on every change, color contrasts are verified mathematically, and every interface works without JavaScript and by keyboard.
