Enterprise: e-invoicing on your own infrastructure
Connecting to your ERP system is part of the Enterprise tier. It runs in your data centre, without volume limits and with a maintenance agreement.
What the ERP integration covers
These portal features are the interfaces to your ERP system — unlimited in Enterprise operation:
- SAP INVOIC IDoc and UN/EDIFACT INVOIC as source and target, plus exchange via Docuflair JSON and Excel
- Bulk import of arbitrary raw data exports as CSV, XLSX or XML with saved mapping profiles, value tables and calculations
- Invoice data recognition as an API: a PDF invoice goes in, structured data for accounting and workflow comes out
- Operation in your own data centre (Docker or systemd), your own email sender, sign-in via LDAP/Active Directory, maintenance agreement and support SLA
