Convert Excel
Upload an e-invoice and pick "Excel table (XLSX)" as the target — you get the invoice data as a spreadsheet for analysis, review and hand-off. Excel is an output-only format.
SAP IDoc and EDIFACT as source or target are an Enterprise capability. You may use them here without restriction to build and test an integration; for productive operation we will prepare a quote for you.
See EnterpriseWhat is Excel?
Excel is not an invoice format, it is the format for checking the numbers: the spreadsheet holds the header data, line items and totals of the e-invoice in columns you can sort, filter and reconcile against your own bookkeeping. It is the fastest way to make a received XML invoice readable for people without loading it into another system. The reverse — turning a spreadsheet into many e-invoices — is not the converter's job but the bulk import in your account.
