See EnterpriseWhat is e-CF República Dominicana?
The e-CF (Comprobante Fiscal Electrónico) is the electronic tax document of the Dirección General de Impuestos Internos (DGII) in the Dominican Republic. Its document type sits in the TipoeCF field: invoices carrying input-tax credit, consumer receipts, credit notes and export or government documents all share one structure. Reading it, the tax is the real work, because the document splits one piece of information across two places: a line carries no tax amount, only a marker pointing at one of the tax groups in the header — and only there do the taxable base, the rate and the ITBIS amount appear. Docuflair binds the two together rather than conjuring a per-line figure the issuer never worked out. Two further properties: the date is written day-month-year, and the schema's currency list holds codes that depart from ISO 4217 — the known ones are mapped, the unknown ones reported rather than silently accepted.
