Convert NF-e Brasil

Upload a Brazilian NF-e — it is detected automatically and converted into the e-invoice format of your choice. There is no way back: an NF-e only becomes valid through clearance by the SEFAZ of the issuing state.

    What is NF-e Brasil?

The NF-e (Nota Fiscal eletrônica) is Brazil's mandatory document for supplies of goods and the largest schema in this series. It becomes valid through clearance by the SEFAZ of the issuing state, which is why it usually arrives as nfeProc — the invoice together with its clearance protocol. Docuflair reads both forms. One property of Brazilian tax law stays visible throughout: ICMS is levied “por dentro”, meaning it is contained in the price and is at the same time its own tax base. A net total in the European sense cannot be derived from that, and Docuflair does not derive one — the amounts are taken as the document states them, and the payable total still matches the figure given there. Also honoured: lines that the indTot flag excludes from the total, and units of measure the issuer names freely.
